When you subscribe with ALTIPTELCO, you'll have these choice Services:
- Home Phone Service
- Business Phone Service
Full Service Account - This account type has incoming and outgoing call access and all calling features. With a full service account, you can use a softphone (software phone on your computer) or a VoIP adapter (use with regular telephones) or an IP Phone. You may purchase any SIP hardware you'd like from any vendor you choose.
Fax Account - This account type is for receiving faxes. You will be able to specify an e-mail address and when someone sends a fax to the fax number, it will be e-mailed to your email address as a PDF file.
Coverage
Keep Your Number. If you have an existing phone number you want to keep, we can transfer it to ALTIPTELCO for you. Number transfers are subject to standard telecom authorization processes and have a service cost of $7. We will Provide a New Number If you'd rather get a new number. Your new number will be selected from local numbers based on your order installation address.

Installation Example
VoIP–Voice over IP– means you are able to place phone calls over the Internet to any phone in the world. The phone you are calling does not need to have VoIP. In this example, you can use a VOIP Phone adapter to connect to your Internet Service and use the phone ports to connect your telephone to start making calls and sending Faxes.
